Generally seen there is at the moment a babylon tower situation. Everyone talks to each other in other languages, meaning that everyone on his particular machine and versions of OSX, WIN, X-Plane, X-Life and so on and so forth, has its own specified problem that the other one cannot replicated, understand and help.
For example simulating on my iMac27 OSX10.11.06, X-Plane 10.51, X-Life 1.1r6 and A330 2.7 I made more than 100 flights with the A330 without any special occurrences ! I used to fly to all JAR certificated airports and the flight plans I made were accepted all the time. (If you like to see my preparations: http://ilankrt1.blogspot.co.il/2016/12/ … e-10.html)
OK now EBBR is not JAR certificated. That alone might cause problems. Then how did you made the FP? How did you prepared and transported it into XL "Flight Planes" folder? Is it based on the actual AIRAC 1701? ...and so on. You see if I get all needed specification I can make a try to reconstruct the situation although different hard and software as I mentioned before can produce different results...
Love my X-Life, but yesterday I had X-Life Deluxe latest version working in xp10, but I can't seems to get it working in xp11, whenever I try to file a flight plan it keeps telling me to "turn on traffic" even thought it's turned on.
Anyone having this problem?
In preparation for flight from URSS to URKK still receiving the same error message, Flight Plan error: Departure Airport Error, as mentioned in post #41. See jpg #1. In jpg #3 ATIS gets populated with information but the error message is still present. When clicking in the Delivery tab nothing happens. No information at the bottom of ATC to contact delivery. I was also not able to contact Ground control. When I became airborne the ATC came alive with options for radio contact at the bottom of ATC. See jpg #6. I am using X-Plane 10.51r2 and X-Life 1.2r2.

You want to be an airliner beta sim pilot you must learn the basic flight rules! North and West Routes: EVEN LEVELS (FL 340, 360, 380,...) in you case FL 120 or 140 and same airport as alternative?!

First of all thanks for specifying you system.
I had the same problem of distance generated by XL.
Usually I import my own flightplan into XL "Flight Plans" folder. This plans are made using OnlineFlightPlan or SimBrief.com that I warmly recommend. If you need further information about:

I know its been a long time since I have been online but I have not had a computer at my disposal to make the comments nor the testing of X-Plane 11.
so I cannot test right now. The VA has been dragging their feet on my housing situation and therefore, I have not been able to test. I'm back in college taking computer classes to brush up on the latest Microsoft and Apple programming and hardware.
As some of you know I almost went to work for Apple in Santa Monica there was just one issue that stopped me and that was the VA and their co-pays on medicine that I owed because they had trouble contacting me by mail instead of calling me on the phone that hurt my credit rating and companies don't like bad credit.
Anyway I'm Back and will try to help where I can I have several engineers and Microsoft and Apple techs I can talk to now on a regular basis to help answer your questions.

X life atc says :
wind from 090 deg,0 knots.
That is improper way to report calm weather condition,since,
there is no wind(0 knots) to blow from any direction.
The correct way to report such conditions is:
"No wind"
or
"The weather is calm"
Often you can hear
"Wind calm".

I have the impression that lately the development of XL is unfortunately out of control. We have a bunch verified airport scieneries. Until not long ago we reported about errors of AI traffic and movements on taxi ways and JAR or scenery developers could react accordingly.
Today many things have gotten out of their way. Almost at all airports are uncontrolled AI aircrafts which do not stop when they approach another aircraft. On one parking lot are often aircraft parking on top of each other. When departing, AI aircraft wait for my aircraft to take off even though I have arrived as last one.
All these occurrences were then reported and corrected. Today we hear nearly nothing more which cause the development of XL certainly to suffer. I would like to ask user to report about incorrect AI behavior and incorrect taxi ways and the faultily occurrences.
Certificated airports
Sankster Intl MKJS: AI aircraft on taxiway coming towards or from behind didn't stop and passed through my aircraft.
Miami intl KMIA: Although XL initiated there was no AI aircraft and traffic. Because of that I couldn't use the XL Flight Plan.
After another test flight KMIA (payware) seems not to be compatible to XP11
Not sure what's going on, loaded flight from KMIA (Miami) to KMCO (Orlando), as far as I know both are on the X-Life map. When I try and load the flight plan from the MCDU a message comes up saying start X-Life, this is strange as X-Life is already running. When I try and re-start X-Life it shows it as running, yet I still cannot import a flight plan. It seems to be problem with KMIA as it doesn't happen at other airports I've tried.
Wonder if anybody else has had the same problem?

I have x-life deluxe from yesterday. I have two problems:
In x-plane 11 with SkyMaxx pro 4. At LOWI (paywere) with Boeing 757v2 profesional FPS fall down from 20 to 15 when I turn on X-life.
Second problem I can't make manually flight plan. X-life return "segment error"

That is exactly what I experienced. I am pretty sure that KMIA is not compatible to XP11 ! (Opening it in XP10 its has a different appearance and XL works fine). That means we need a new KMIA version.
Thanks ilankrt, at least I now know it's not just me. I see there is a download on the org for KMIA, I might try it out and see what happens. The one I used and it failed in X-Life was the KMIA that came in X-Plane 11.

Both airport sceneries are not XP11 compatible. For example the I can use the payware scenery under XP10 without problems..
KLAS approved scenery: I wasn't able to place my aircraft model correctly at one of the terminal parking lots.

I made three attempts From KMIA with XP11 b12, A320 V3 b4 and X-life
1) using DD payware scenery : Everything worked fine from ramp in KMIA to KMCO parking
2) using Nimbus payware scenery (updated) : same as above.
3) using Alpilot 6.2 freeware scenery (Updated for XP11): not possible to get X-life running ...

PS: For point 3 I experienced exactly the same thing with X-Life (Already running but required to turn it on ... and so on )
Xplane 11pb13 won't lunch with XLife in plugins. Had to remove it to be able to launch XPlane

Test flights A320 v.b4. XP11, XL 1.2r3, BSS 3.1, SMPv4.01, RWC 1.1
KSAN-KPHX no crash
1. After installing XL 1.2r3, XP crashed every time I tried to open it. I had to reinstall SMPv.4.01 (there might be a problem with parsing META data sources...)
2. Now it seems that flight plans that includes "DCT" are accepted in ATC
3. ATC text in frame - OK
4. A320 hPA knob need to be repaired - wrong direction and I need to dial 1025 to get 1024 on PFD
5. It seems that the add-on AirFMC on my iPad can cause XP crash ! ( I will try to test it. If anyone is using it please report about your experience)
