Ok, I just test it with several flights. For v.1.2b1 Pilot may request Runway for Landing on TOC report stage and Init contact w/Approach stage. Sure, now, if no ILS approach avail for selected Runway, another kind of approach (RNAV->VOR->NDB->Visual - depend of Charts/procedures data) will be given.
