Topic: No GNDHandlin in plugin menu

Extracted the gndhandling folder to my pluginsfolder and started x-plane and it wont work. There is no gndhandling in the plugin menu.

After looking on the files there is no .xpl file as there is in almost any other plugin folder and looking in the older version there is a .xpl file in the folder so so im suspecting that the updated gndhandling zip-file is incomplete.

In the picture above is the new v220116 and on the right is the older v110116 version of the plugin.

Am i right in my theory or am i doing something wrong as not getting it to work?

I'm reciving an unable to unzip after I download the file. says file empty. when recovered i can not get the complete file
