When you start FMCar and/or X-Life next time, LOWL files will be autodownloaded to your /Airports/ folder.
Also, a real frequencies of airport are included to LOWL.txt

Please note, that files on server for LOWL will be changed from freeware version to paware from JustSim. If you wish to use payware version with X-Life, but before used freware version, you must change the data files for LOWL manually, because X-Life don't overwrites files automaticaly.
