Topic: A340 crash at start up

Got no answer from Jardesign help desk therefore I hope the community can help me.
I installed A340 on Mac wit x-plane 12, did the all the mac.xpl exceptions, put the the x-plane file into the privacy&security/accessibility list, however x-plane is crashing at start-up. According to the log file the problem is

-=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: sys/mac.xpl}==--

After disabling this mac.xpl x-plane is starting, however the A340 can't be operated: All LCD displays are black, most switches show no response.
I saw this issue in other posts but so far I couldn't find any solution.

Please try to deactivate the x-plane app in the list and after that activate the x-plane app again. That helped for me.
