Topic: Did not succeed to install copilot in XP 12

I recently purchased the Copilot for Toliss A321 in its xp12 version. After having setup the plugin, I have no window to input the serial key, I see no copilot at all.
Any clue on how to sort this out?
I used to run the copilot in the A340 xp 11 and it used to work ok

Please save Log.txt just after load  aircraft and attach here (or send it to www.support.jardesign.org)
