In this updated version 1.3, the aircraft will not report the radio altitude before landing. Is this a bug? If it is, please tell me which version I should choose. I really need this feature, thank you!

Hello JarDesign team, I would like to report a bug - on the TCA quadrant the speed brake is not working and the auto brake is a littlebit buggy. when going from LO to 2 it goes back to disarm.

Are you kidding us. ?? the plane does what it should. Either you cannot operate the machine or you are using it incorrectly. What you are talking about is complete nonsense. or play Fortnite. Simulation is not for you

Hello.
I get in touch, for the reason I have bought the a345 JD, in all the previous updates, I asked for the serial to paste it and activate it without problem.
Today I am trying to put the update in my holiday home that is another pc and tells me that the license is expired.
I hope you can give me a solution to enjoy my newplane.
I can't find where to put a tiket for this product.

Please be sure what you setup TCA as described in manual and you set axis control in settings.

Uuuups.. Sadly only way to fix this - redownload and reinstall whole aircraft version 1.3r2 (look like some files was broken)

Yes, but if more fresh version exist - user get instant notifications about this when start aircraft and link to actual download page.

Starting x-plane with A340 v1.3r1 did not give me "instant notifications" for a new version 1.3r2 ...nor link for downloading .
Page one of this topic leads to ".org" for download with version 1.3r1 ...
Using page "for download of all products" gives me same result v 1.3r1 ...
so my question is still does it actually exist a version 1.3r2 with no modification of "version text" file remaining with v1.3r1 ?

You are correct absolutely. Version 1.3r2 not bring instant notification for now. As usual - Firstly - we post info at FB page and our Board. Several days later - we ad info to our server to bring instant notification. This need to make new version info not so wide and allow test release by most active users.

If AP not follow route - There is a big chance what it is some special problem on user side, cause most users have not this problem. The reason may be:
1. An affect of some another installed plugin. There is simple solution in this case to check - load Cessna 172, open X-Plane Menu->Plugins->Plugin Admin to disable ALL plugins, next - load JD320/330. If issue gone - one of your plugin conflict with Airbus FMGS.
2. Problem may come from hardware, from your joystick. Please check - if some of your joystick switch assigned to "Avionics OFF/ON" - it should be stay in ON position when you run JD320/330.
3. Something wrong in settings. To check this faster - please find "Output" folder inside your X-Plane folder and rename it to "OutputOld". Next - run X-Plane. In this case X-Plane will create new and clean "Output" folder with clean settings. Please calibrate your joysticks and check JD320/330 autopilot. If issue gone - some settings was a reason.
4. Please check what you can operate aircraft with disconnected joysticks and mouse only (without any special plugins!!!). Try default Cessna 172 for example. If you can not operate aircraft with mouse (without additional plugins) - something wrong with your settings and you need follow point 3.
If no luck - Seems like it's some sort of personal issue. Sure, you can contact me via skype j.a.romanov for direct help - we will check this issue online. You may call anytime when my skype label is green.

If this happen after using instant update - please call me Skype j.a.romanov. - we will check this issue online.
Also, be better if you may put your X-Plane 11 out from Desktop to Application folder.

When loadind aircraft with v1.4R1 I got the notification for updating to v1.4R2 ....
After updating I tried to reload aircraft A340 but I got a CTD with following message ... :
