I have the same problem that the spoiler is prepositioned and the autobrake is on when the plane lands, but the spoiler and autobrake don't work after the plane touches down. Another question, during takeoff check FULL UP, FULL DOWN, FULL RIGHT, and FULL LEFT there is no sound, in the previous version there was a check sound to indicate that the check was done, why is this, look forward to your reply!

Hi,
when on ground there's a huge friction that doens't allow me to move unless i push thrust sometimes above 50%, i only have the issue with this aircraft, taxi is very difficult like that, is there something i can do to change this behaviour?

I just downloaded version 4.2R3 and my spoiler axis no longer works. Is anyone having this issue? I am using x-plane assignment for speedbrake and tried a different controller just to rule out an issue.

My issue is resolved. I was unaware of a new menu entry to toggle spoiler axis on/off.

Friend, check out the X-Plane.org forum for a fix. Had the same problem and the fix worked for me

I have a different problem. I am using version 4.2 r3 and there is no rain effect on the glass. Rain effect is enabled in the menu, but nothing happens. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Yes, that is exactly the solution. Everything is fine, the plane is rolling as it should. Now I taxi at idle

A330 V4.2R4 works fine. I just bought it. Like it but….
1. How can I open Cockpit door like A320?
2. Why I can’t turn the knobs by the mouse wheel? It’s much more convenient than pushing the mouse button and moving the mouse around. It works on A320 and I love it.
3. The engines should be much more round. To many edges in the circuit

Everything great with this bird (I use v4.2 rc4 , xp 11.55), but ,
a weird thing here with my tca quadrant of Thrusmaster airbus,
I have followed all the instructions, (assigned key TCA_MAsterSwhitch1ON to eng1 on) but when I give ON in the mcdu to the option activate TCA QUADRANT, this simply does not activate, and keeps OFF selected, I have tried several times and nothing happens (also reinstall the aircraft and i use it in other aircraft without problems).
I can use my TCA , but only the thrust level, not the ignition knobs.
What can it be?

im new in jar design ... i purchased the product and in the zip folder the product is 4020... ( inside version text it says JD330-V4.0R2 ).... Im confused which one should i download .... as it seems to me v.4.2R1 is the latest one but there are two files in the installation sector ......1 is "Download link for version 4.2.3" and the other is "Download link for version 4.2.4"....
which one is the latest ? ( i downloaded both files and in both, the version files does not state any " 4.2R1" )

Download in http://jardesign.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=17134 - look on pages for download link for version 2.4.2 you get JD330XP1150_4240.zip and this is the last version.

Current version of a330 4.2rx freezes when running pilot2atc in vulcan xp 11.55.

Doing quite a lot of flying with the A330 on OnAir while I'm saving up for the A340.
All that got me thinking, why isn't there a mod out there that adds mouse wheel support to control the dials and buttons, only the AP panel has mouse wheel support. Hope this can be added to the plane

Good Evening everybody, hope you are doing great. Today I was doing a flight from KSFO to RJTT (Tokyo) and encountered with a bug that I can't really figure out why it happens. The route starts twisting at around this point in the map, it does not matter what latitude I fly at. No matter how many corrections I make to the flight plan, after that specific point in longitude, no mater how north or south I fly over the Pacific Ocean, route will twist.
Any ideas for resolving the issue?

I've bought jar a330 half of year ago, and there were no issues.
I always download new version and now have xp 11.55r2 and jar a330 v4.2r4
However, today something went totally wrong. I did not update anything except OS (I have Mac OS Big Sur updated to 11.5.2 ver), but after that jar a330 is not starting at all.
My log.txt contains following

- Delete most of plugins

- Replaced fmgs folder from older versions of jar a330
- Checked that another commercial aircraft (x-crafts e175) is loading normally.
I'm lack of ideas, nothing works.
Can you help me?
p.s. I've also found that absolutely same problem with my jar a320 aircraft, so I'm unable to use both of them.
