Topic: X-LIFE causes X_Plane 11 to CTD

Hello,
I bought X-LIFE DeLuxe from XPLANE.ORG a few days ago. I've installed the Plug-In, Registered and Activated it, but I'm not happy and wish I had tried the Free Version first of all.

I start up X-Plane11, select New Flight in C172 Skyhawk. When the sim opens with the C172 on the runway, I click on the Plug-in  On/Off, and the ATC Panel opens. I then click The Start Button, per "How To Use" instruction. The message "Loading, please wait...", but then  X-Plane 11 CTD.
I've tried re-installing a couple of times, but to no avail.

It's not an expensive plug-in, but I'm in my 80's and dont have money to waste these days, so I hope you can fix it for me.

just wondering if there's a possibilty anyone from  JarDesign will read my Post? I have tried numerous times to submit a Support Ticket, however the CAPTCHA codes i have entered are deemed "invalid". i dont know how else I can contact JARDesign. Can anyone suggest something please?

Have you Install Bluebell?

Yes I have installed Bluebell as per the instructions.
