After weeks of testing I just experienced the same issue - a plane was stuck before taking off. I will upload as soon I have fixed this. Damn it....

"I have fixed the bugs in the former VHHX.xlf file. Biggest issue was if there were more than two planes waiting for takeoff. One initiated TO after which the next entered the runway (see image) causing the first plane to stay on the runway and getting stuck at the end of the runway."

I have also cleaned up junctions making the file slimmer.
