X-Life version v4 for X-Plane 11.50 (Page 7 of 8)

Hello,
I have only one problem so far with version 4.30 deluxe and xplane 11.55.
I can no longer access "airport editor" to modify the airport I am on, I can only create a new airport.
what is the reason?

Im trying to install x life but the freeware one not deluxe, I downloaded it and then installed the unzipped "x life" folder into plugins and when I loaded it it asked for a serial number or registration thing? I dont know where to get that and why does the freeware version have that?

I wont be able to skype for the next 2 weeks but I will definitely give you a call if the issue persists

Hello Jar, I tried X-Life and Ground Handling in XP 12 and neither work, so it appears both need an update. Both were loaded as per XP11.

Hello Jar, thanks for the reply. I've now got GHD working, tried again with X-Life, still not working in XP12.

Hopefully an update will sort it out as I think it works really well.

Hello Jar, as soon as X-Life is started in XP12 a splash screen appears stating, Deprecated dataref use by X-Life/win.xpl sim/weather/use_real_weather_bool
The author should update this to ensure future compatability. This probably means more to you than it does to me.

The start panel is very grey in colour, but appears to work. When it starts it shows the wrong airac, 2010, when the current is 2009. The current airac is loaded into XP12 via Navigraph.
When trying to load a flight plan X-Life doesn't recognise waypoints, it seems to recognise airways, even when I ask X-Life to make a flight plan.

I did say GHD for X-Plane 12 was working but when I tried the start up screen appears, the selected services do not drive up when the drive up button is clicked.

Hello Jar, I only have two added aircraft for XP12, the Toliss A319 and the A321, GHD works correctly on the A319. On the A321 the setup panel appears, I then click on the support vehicles and click drive up on the panel and no support vehicles drive up.
GHD doesn't seem to recognise the Toliss A321.
I do have the XP12 of GHD. So, the A319 works correctly, the A321 doesn't work.

I have tried X-Life again, I updated the Navigraph latest AIRAC to XP12, but the AIRAC didn't appear when X-Life started, so when I tried to load a flight plan it was not accepted by X-Life. I tried to get X-Life to generate a flight plan and the plan made no sense.

Hello Jar, I downloaded GHD again and installed it and it's now working on both the Toliss airbusses.

Hello Jar, you may have answered this question, but are you working to update X-Life for XP12, the ATC in XP12 really doesn't work well and for those not interested in Vatsim or Pilot Edge X-Life is the way to go.
