When I enable X-Life (beta version, with X-Plane Vulcan beta), I get many error messages.
They are all about errors loading the scenery file (for planes), and says they may look incorrect.
(It's annoying because the message keeps coming up for every possible plane. But from what I've seen, they look normal to me.)

Two good airports by tdg, LIBR Brindisi and LFLB Chambery could they be included in the X-Life airport list.

Hello I tried a320 jardesign, xlife 4.20 ATC with vulkan 11.50b10 with my oculus rift s in VR. without xlife activate the FPS are upper 40 , but when I started xlife ATC the fps down under 20 fps (it took 30% ressources !!). it's only ATC that do this. the traffic took only 3% of ressources.
maybe there an amelioration for ATC.

I have now updated NAV data using FMS data manager. The new data in in my Custom Data folder. See attached screenshot.
X-plane loads and FMS on the Cessna 172 seems up to date with cycle 2006 Rev 1. I checked the status on a Boeing 737 FMS and it showed current cycle.
However, when I start x-life it says cycle 1210 is loaded.
So, an idiot question, how do I point x-life to the updated data?

OK sorted. Found the correct add-on and created the FMS430 folder.

Two solutions :
1- You create a folder "GNS430" inside x-plane 11/custom data … and you install in it the last "Navdata" folder found on manual download page at the bottom of the page :
X-Plane GNS430, FF757/767/777, X-Crafts Embraer E-175, Aerobask SkyView, JRollon Planes CRJ200, JARDesign A320/A330, ToLiss A319 (XP10), STMA Aircraft, Magknight 787AE - native**
2- You install manually the Navdata folder directly into "X-plane11/ressources/plugins/X-life " folder to replace the existing one (whith 1210 cycle)
a 3rd possibility is to give FMS data manager , the right way to get an automatic update :
X-plane11/ressources/plugins/X-life
or X-plane11/ressources/plugins/X-life/Navdata (to be verified) .

Is it possible f.e. for SFD EDDM to detect bridges for taxiways and dont let the aircraft sink down unter the bridges ?
This kills the complete immersion watching the aircrafts at airports with bridges over streets

Interesting..I can hear the aircraft engines around me, but I don't see any airplane..they use a stealth mod? Any advice? De-Luxe version..

I use X-plane last beta and bought x-life deluxe beta. In my x-life deluxe all atc buttons on top is not active and freq window is blank (turned off). I turn on com radio in the plane and tune on tower, but nothig. What I do wrong?
And one more question, why some AI aircrafts have wrong sound (for example cesna sound like heavy jet)?

First of all its works with last beta just fine. As you write it seem's that you dont turn on a-life window. Until you turn on all buttons are innactive. To turn x-life on press the only highlightet button in left corner in x-life window and wait to load. Then you must input your flight plan if you want to fly with x-life ATC. Then you can see atc buttons on top highlighted and frequncy too. Please read the manual.

I turned on x-life, it loads about 40 sec, all freeze at this time. After that AI traffic alive and I see it on radar and in windows. I input flight plan, but when I press buttom "Send flight plan to ATC", nothig happened, and I no see any error messages. ATC buttons still not active .

To turn x-life on press the only highlightet button in left corner in x-life window and wait to load. Then you must input your flight plan if you want to fly with x-life ATC. Then you can see atc buttons on top highlighted and frequncy too. Please read the manual.

I think the problem is that the Airport is not x-life compatible, so x-life does not work on that airport.
Try another airport and x-life button will come alive

Hi. I tried to fly with A320 and xlife in VR mode. each time in flight, after 10 or 15 minutes, xlife ATC crashed xplane. I used xlife deluxe 4.20, and it's same thing with xplane 11 beta 15 - 16 and today beta 17 !!
I have no error message. just a crash of xplane. return to windows desktop !!

Actually I have the same problem as Greazer mentionned but no one could understand. I use the free version.
When I'm performing pushback, if an AI is crossing the same taxi path, it will encounter my aircraft anyway while in pushback operation.
During taxi strangely the distance is respected and when you go slower, the AI one behind you will slower its speed. If you stop it'll stop.
But suppose the runway is clear, I still have that AI following me for longtime, I engage the runway, then the AI will engage too, not hold on the runway borderline, and ignore my aircraft passing throught it etc...
However during approach, the AI aircraft waiting for the runway to be clear won't engage while I'm occupying that runway. Which is normal.
In fact there is still that broken law for take off.

Have anybody else problem width X-life last version X - plane 11.50 RC2. I can't make any fly using width X-life, constantly closed X plane, without any report in log files. When I remove X-life from plugins no CTD and plane works fine.
Width X-plane version 11.50 RC 3 X-life works fine. Only followme cars blinking until FM Car find on what airport I landing. FM car width taxi map usualy take to much time to identified airport on plane landing. Many times I parking the plane and then FM car show map - but there is no need to show so late.

This is Exactly the Problem. For landings the other AI planes wait. For takeoff they just enter the runway and go. The AI takeoff as soon as your plane aligns ready for takeoff. Straight through your aircraft! It's CRAZY.
This is a Most ANNOYING thing which has been for years and never gets fixed. Why can't it be fixed?
Also another annoying thing, you MUST always fly from A to B where X-life has AI aircraft at Both Airports! You cannot fly from a small airport to an X-life airport or vice versa. Otherwise the Addon complains. This is an absolutely Stupid Oversight on behalf of developers. Ridiculous.
Please Fix these Annoying bugs. And please make ATC Optional for Flights i.e. flights with AI only! Obviously not EVERY user wants ATC on EVERY flight EVER, bar None!

This is normal. Bugs are Not getting fixed. These developers are condemned, for: a) releasing a third rate product to begin with and b) not fixing said product. Letting it to waste.

XP 11.50 is now final and released.
X-life can now made final for the use with XP 11.50, after the repair of some reported issues of course.

Width X-plane version 11.50 X-life, when load, works ok. Loading time is enormuos long, when I turn on X-life X-plane freeze for 2 minutes until X-life loading. I have I7-10700K processor working at 5 mhz and 32BG of RAM.

Because X-Life is a horribly designed and developed product. Is hardly even supported by Developers. And paying customers have to deal with the most ridiculous bugs and errors. Almost as bad as Vulkan!
