When I load into the plane and activate it, I am not able to pull up the toolbar with the plugins and stuff on the top of my screen. So I cant reload the plane. If someone could help that would be awesome

Today I did een long haul and after a little bit over 7 hours inflight I was putting in the arrival and just after I did that I had a Crash to desktop.
Ik looked in my log and this was what I say

Is this something of X-plane itself or was there something going wrong with de A330. I find it always difficult to read those logs.
I am using the latest version of the A330 and X-plane 11.50.

Hello everybody,
since version 4.0R2 and 11.50 of X-Plane I have the following problem. When I start a new flight with the A330 and I loaded the live weather before I have no more live weather when I'm in the cockpit. If I reload only the weather it looks good for the moment but as soon as I'm airborne the problem is back again. No clouds, no wind, nothing. I had this problem with an older version too but I don't know what fixed this problem in the past. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out with this problem.

Two times CTD with last version of JD330 and X-plane 11.50 when I try to see weather data for airport. When I press update or change to arrival airport X-plane crash.

Hi all! I've got a problem when shutting down engines. Engines goes to IDLE and that's it. Then i'm not being able to start my flight cold and dark. And i see that CRZ ALT goes down to the earth when i fly dct a waypoint after T/D

I have the same problem with the CRZ ALT when i fly dct a waypoint after T/D. also, when i load the plane, speed brake is in full position and it loads with FMC and FPS MESSAGE when i put the option in off in order not to appear that.

Hello,
I am exploring if anyone else is getting my CTD issue.
I have recently changed over to JD330-V4.0R2.
All system checks on setup are fine, including the responses from the FMC, when computing the data into the FMC.
My issue:
- I am however finding a CTD error when I am commencing T/O resulting from the FMC not computing the flaps setting i.e. 2/DN0.4.
- The Master Warn and Master Caution 'lights and bells' sound and then come on.
- Then when I cancel them both and clear the error in Status menu by pressing the 'clr' button I get an immediate CTD.
It's happened twice now, so I am assuming it's a bug somewhere in the 'coding'.
Has anyone else had this issue?

There is no more annoying issue than the one that causes a CTD after 8hs flying 
- Entering a SPD Constr such as ".78" in the Vertical Revision page, causes a CTD in 4.0R2

You should fly 7 hours and everything will be OK 
Question: What are you doing in all this hours? Don't you know that you can "scroll" forward to TOD to save time?!

Ilankart, please don't be rude. Some of us just fly the whole flight plan, because x-plane is a simulation and not just a game.

In this case do not comment on the latest problem with 11.50.

Bought the JD A330 few days ago and a friend of mine told me how to geht the plane out of cold & dark. But then the "Update Button" failure crashed my game.
So no Vatsim flights with the JD A330 and xPilot.
And I also got another failure. During flight the Displays turn off, both engines turn off and restart immediately. But the displays still turned off. But when I click on them for pop out they work in the pop-out window.
Anybody have got this engine failure during flight?

Hello,
i bought this plane for almost a year but since i bought it no updates have ever arrived to improve it, there is a lot to work on this plane, a lot of things are missing that are on the real 330, i don't ask to have a 330 identical to reality, but at least one plane that is made in a decent way, I see updates of the 320, then I heard that the jardesign is doing the 340 and I'm glad, but at least finish the planes before making others.
Don't take it as a criticism, but as advice, because I spent some money on this plane and I wish they were well spent at least.

Hello everyone,
i got a weird issue with the latest 4.0R2 version - after Start Engines!
See pictures here!
If i thrust up a little bit my Throttle, the Screens compare again. But if i stay in Idle, the Screens going to Black! I did the procedure like the real one or like lot of Youtube videos, but did not get this trouble with the Older version!
Please let me know what is going wrong!

Hello JarDesign Team,
it´s nice that you´re still working on updates for the A330 but it would help the community much more if you could try to solve more issues within one update. In this forum are a few more people which have a problem with the weather when they use the A330. The A320 doesn´t have this porblem too and I have a lot more other addon planes which don´t have this problem too. Please try to figure out where this problem is comming from. Even if you reload the real weather and it looks than ok the plane will "reset" all the weather information as soon as you´re airborn. It has to be a problem with the plane itself and I can remember that I had this problem with an older version too but after an update it was solved. Please let me/us know if you have any further question to this problem. Just as an information. I already had a Skype meeting with screensharing together with Mr. Romanov a few weeks ago but without a positve result.

Same for me. No wind update only with this aircraft. Still rudder flutterin a lot and still no weather radar displayed
and current live wind is 73kts/330
