Delay settings. Help needed

Hi everyone, I'm a happy user of Ground Handling Deluxe. To personalize the operations around my Zibo mod I downloaded this nice custom set [url=https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/40520-vip-ground-handling-jar-design-set-for-zibo-b738/

Despite having followed all the tutorials and possible forums about installation and use of Ground Handling Deluxe, I still can't make the static characters of the custom set to appear after vehicles reach their own position and dock. They all appear together as soon as I click the "drive up" command even though I tried to set time in the delay column or other settings of animations inside the Tool.
Any idea?
