Gates reserved for newcomers

Please, forgive me if this subject has already been discussed.

When I land in an X-Life airport, I have to select a parking gate. Of course, i'll choose an empty gate, but how can I be sure that no aircraft will come in later and stand over mine?
This is precisely what happens most of the time.
Is there a way to avoid this?
Why not implement one or a few gates reserved for newcomers, forbidden for programmed traffic. They should be indicated somehow on the map and/or in the list. And I could use FM Car to drive me there.

If this issue has already been adressed, I apologize, and would be glad to know where.
