Topic: Installation Problems

Hey guys,
I have recently bought my first X-Plane 11 Aircraft Add-Ons: the a320 and the a330.
After I read the installation document, I put the a320 folder in the right X-Plane folder.
Now I started X-Plane and chose it.
But instead of an activation window, some errors are appearing:
- "a320 systems (SASL) plugin not activated"
- "Please check your aircraft installation"
- "Please check whar your aircraft was activated"
- "If activation window does not appear please contact support.jardesign.com"
If you can help me, please try to use easy english or german, because my skills are not that good.

Another thing that I don't understand is, that even though I use windows, the unzipped a320 folder is named _MACOSX. Is this normal?

Hi
After unzpping you get two folders : _MACOSX for Mac user (if you use Window you can delete it)

                                                 And  "Open and read me" folder in which you find a A320 (or A330) folder to be installed in x-plane 11/Aircraft  folder …

You could have put forwarded a320 folder in X-plan folder.
