Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Hey JAR,
you might want to add a notice in the description, that existing customers need to "update" their serials for X-Plane 11. You had that information in the betas but not in this release thread. Not every customer reads the (closed) beta thread, so you might to write that here too, because I already found a customer who didn't knew that he had to update his code.

By the way, whats the status of the BSS sound pack? I know you are not the main developer of the pack, but do existing customers get a free update to the new version?

Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Hello,

When I start the number 2 engine first it spools up to TOGA power and I endup having to shut it down and start with engine 1. Any ideas?

Best Regards,
G

Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Same here, I ended up going around in circles with no control over the engine. I did notice that with dual throttles that they were independent which I think is new, may be wrong.

Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

yep, I´m having the exact same problem. First time it appeared I restarted the sim and tried again but no luck still same issue with No2.

Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Yep, Same problem here also. They re-tuned the throttles and added a bug.

Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Hello, I tried this new version
When on climb, changing the cost index makes the NAV mode loosing the track. Then it is not possible to go back to Flight Plan track even with Direct To (By the way, on the real A320, when on heading mode and press Direct to WPT, the NAv is engaged automotically,  the aircraft flies directly to the waypoint, no need to push to Nav on FCU).

When in climb and cruise, VLS, VFE and associated strips are not realistics. (they for example disappear while heavy at FL360, it should be stronly present at hight weight and high Altitude)

The V/S knob shouldn't be graduated one ft/min by one ft/min but 100 ft/min by 100 ft/min

Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

I tried engine 1 first, then 2 and all appeared OK. I did think independent throttle levers controlled individual engines, but that's not the case. The blue dot moves but engines seem to be controlled by left throttle lever. ( Which may be the issue when starting 2 first.)
A problem I had was after a successful flight, went to replay mode and watched the landing. ( Which was better than my usual. ) When replay was over I switched off replay and both engines went to full power, even with auto throttle off, and crashed me into the concrete.

JARDesign not develop BSS sounds, but sometimes BSS ask me to change/add/improve some custom datarefs to make sounds more advanced. I do. I am not affect their update policy, sales, prices, etc. This is a separate business.

Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Regarding the new FADEC , it's Awesome but i have a comment , when reaching Cruize Altitude , its spools down to less than 50 n1% then spools up again reaching 103%n1 then settle down around 78% n1.

i suppose it should transit from climb thrust to cruise thrust"MACH" smoothly

thanks

this issue was never before happening to A320 R3 , but i reported it before on A330

Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

When I started xplane11 in the Mac, select the A320, there is a mandatory exit game problem, no matter how I restart can not read A320, other aircraft can be used normally, please help me find out the problem of the game, because I can't update my A320

Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Ok, i just test it with new fadec - no issue happen if i start eng2 first. Please put it to Custom Avionics folder. Whole aircraft published as r2 (only one file changed)

Re: JD320 Airliner ver 3.1r1,r2 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

JAR, what about sudden movement to E46 airport?
I'm honestly afraid to fly now, knowing this bug may occur.

I don't know, maybe ask guys above who experienced this bug and posted their logs, ask Vasiliy?
Or do you think it's a pure X-Plane bug?
