The typical situation - You tryed to activate the product, but I still do not received the activation code. Instead of this, user get email like this:
You received this email because your email address was selected to activate
the product. We inform you that the entered serial key can be used only with
the original email, which was selected at the first activation.
In this situation, please check:
1.You enter your email to registration field exact, not lost any letters (like johh1984@gmai.com instead of john1984@gmail.com ). If that situation was, that mean that activation code was send to that wrong email johh1984@gmai.com. This not a big problem and your Support crew can change this email in database by hand. You need Create a personal Ticket to contact our support. Please provide us your serial and email.
2.You enter your serial wrong (like ABCD-123 or abcd-1234 or ABCD1234 instead of true AbCd-1234). In this case, you need enter true email, true serial and click Send button again.
3.Please check your spam folder, may me letter with code there.
Another situation - You get registration code via email and enter it to field, but plugin was not registred.
1. In this case, please check what you enter code exact as you get it (not good idea to enter abcd-123 or AbCd123 instead of AbCd-123 as example).
