Not really a question for this forum but:
I am assuming you use WED, and WED does not comment after exporting scenery or airports, however,
when you look at your scenery folder after exporting a scenery from WED you will see that the modified date and time of the .dsf and apt.dat file are just a bit before the time you looked (i.e. the exact time you exported the scenery). If that is not the case then the scenery was not exported.
If you just want to export the .dsf and not the apt.dat file then delete the apt.dat file, export the scenery and then press Cmd-z on MAC or Ctrl-z on a Windows machine to reverse the deletion of the airport.
